    Working alongside your architect or designer, we keep the design buildable and on budget — bringing practical building knowledge to the detail early.

    Fixed scope & quote

    Before any work starts, you get a clear, fixed scope and transparent pricing — so the project is predictable from day one.

    Construction, on site

    Marc runs the build with a small, accountable team and is regularly on site. You're kept informed the whole way, with no surprises.

    Handover

    A final walk-through, defects period and warranty — and a home that's been built to stand behind.
